The loch went still. Then something golden surfaced through the mist.
Nessie’s Golden Almond Eggs are roasted almonds wrapped in a creamy candy coating and finished in shimmering gold. Crunchy at the center, smooth on the outside, and considerably easier to bring home than the creature they were named for.

The Account
The loch was black as slate when the first ripple appeared.
Then came the back, the neck, and finally a small clutch of golden eggs left floating in the mist.
Nessie watched from the water.
We collected one specimen.
Inside: a roasted almond beneath a creamy golden shell.
Gift or warning, we cannot say.
We did not return for a second clutch.
